Kit was unbelievable in his knowledge of the cars as well as his presentations. His sense of humor was perfect and I bought a car because of him alone. Henry K. Dear Mr. Alfano: I wanted to write you to let you know how happy I am with your service department. I always receive great service for my car, but on one occasion John Bara and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. At the beginning of July, a couple of days before we were to leave on a family road trip, I noticed an unusual sound. I contacted the service department and spoke with John and was told to bring the car in the next morning at which point a technician and I test drove it. The problem was identified and repaired in the same day, and we were able to leave on our scheduled trip the next morning. I just wanted to let you know that I think they did a great job.
