We had a very nice experience from when we stepped in the door at the dealership until we left. Jordan.Delayo the salesman showed us the cars we were interested in. We went for test drives. He answered all our questions He. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We met Mike Lovall in finance. He went over all the paperwork with us so everything was understandable and clear. We bought a Hyundai Santa Fe on the Tuesday and came back on Friday and bought a Hyundai ELANTRA. We usually hate going to dealerships, but this experience with Jordan and Mike was not stressful. We didn’t feel pressured and we felt like we had a good deal when we left the dealership. We would definitely go back.

Mike the Finance manager is basically a complete liar and scammer. (He's trying to say I agreed to add 2500$ to my loan amount, in other words extremely unprofessional and vindictive of this person when no one agreed to any of this. he will add a warranty against your word and you think everything went fine when you buy the car. Then later to be called a liar. Hopefully everyone can watch out for this guy.
