Garrett was very helpful and got my Hyundai in for servicing very quickly. I was there for a little over an hour and had a cup of tea while I waited in the waiting room. They did an oil change, tire rotation, updated something in the electronics, as well as topped off the fluids. This location was great until my recent visit. I am still covered by my care plan so oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection are free. However, I ended up paying over $200 for changing air filters of engine and cabin. They charged waste fee (for engine oil waste) when any cost related to oil change should be covered by the care plan. When I checked why total went up about $30, I learned that it was added as a hidden fee. Changing air filters is considered as a pretty easy job and over $200 seems too expensive for an easy job.

Went in for a standard oil change. When I checked the level a few days later it was WAY over the line. Like maybe they never drained the old and just added new oil? I went back and they drained enough out (took almost an hour!). Hopefully no permanent damage to engine. From now if I ever go here again I’ll verify whatever work they do. I had a great experience. Mike Haas was patient, knowledgeable, and went above all expectations. Mike L. annswered all my financial questions, explained necessary actions, and made me feel comfortable. The only negative was in transferring my MA registration. It has taken over a week, and I get nervous when things don’t go o as expected. There was also a smudge on the upholstery in the rear seat. Mike is aware, but no appointment has been scheduled. Had new struts put on and they did an alignment as well. They messed up the orientation of the steering wheel during the alignment. Setup another appointment to get it corrected, they took 2 hours and said it's fine and sent me on my way. They made it worse. We immediately went back and the mechanic yelled at the service rep that was helping us saying we didn't drive the car enough for the steering wheel to straighten out and wouldn't even hear us out that the issue was that the steering wheel was not positioned correctly during ... I live in Newtown and originally went to the Danbury Hyundai dealership, looking for a new car. The saleswoman I dealt with there was okay, but Rudolpho, the finance guy, was condescending, deceitful (adding an expensive warranty--on a new car!--that he never asked me about), and disrespectful. Would not recommend! Went to pick up car and got stuck in their parking lot, mechanic sprayed something on engine and told me he put in an aftermarket neutral switch and would need to get actual Hyundai part!Second time they "fixed" the car went into neutral by itself while I was driving! Never had any issue while driving with transmission while driving before!! Only when trying to start the car. Third time had it towed back to Hyundai and they told me I now need a whole transmission. They went to bat for us with Hyundai America and got our hybrid battery replaced at no cost, though it took five weeks to sort it out and get it installed due to an illness in the administrative staff.
