Service is limited due to the number of technicians
Service is limited due to the number of technicians available, so wait times can be lengthy. Communication throughout the process was lacking. I once waited over two hours for my vehicle to be inspected, only to be told that nothing was wrong, despite there clearly being an issue that still needed to be addressed. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Both Mike's were nice and professional people and helped out with the process. However, I'm very disappointed that you would sell a car that I was told would be detailed and it was delivered just as dirty as the first time I seen it. When you spend almost 40k on a used car you would expect it to be detailed like I was told it would be. Absolutely disgusting car with a 1/4 tank of gas. I will now have to send this out to get cleaned by a professional. Very disappointed with the finished product. I would never return to your dealership or recommend anyone purchase a car there in the future. You should be ashamed to deliver a car in this condition. I have plenty of pictures I will be posting on social media

I can’t even give it one star. I waited for an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation . when I got home, I noticed oil leaking all over my garage. It is unimaginable to me that a mechanic could not perform a simple oil change correctly..
